SS-540 Prize Claim Process
Before claiming the prize, winners should cross-check their ticket numbers with the official results published in the Kerala Government Gazette. Checking the result through unofficial posts or social media alone is not recommended.
As per the lottery department’s instructions, prize claims have to be submitted within 30 days of the draw date. Winners should keep the original ticket safely and ensure that it remains in good condition.
For the first and second prizes, winners have to surrender the original ticket to the Director of State Lotteries. This can be done either directly or through insured registered post. The claim can also be routed through specified nationalised, scheduled, state or district cooperative banks.
Claimants must submit the required documents along with valid identity proof, including documents such as an Aadhaar card or PAN card, wherever applicable.
